2. DMCA Notice Requirements:

   • A proper DMCA notice must include:
     • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
     • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including its location on the Official World Charts platform.
     • Sufficient contact information to enable Official World Charts to reach the complaining party.
     • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
     • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification Requirements:

   • A proper counter-notification must include:
     • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled.
     • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
     • The user's name, address, phone number, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the user is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Official World Charts may be found.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy:

   • Official World Charts reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Modification of DMCA Policy:

   • Official World Charts may update and modify this DMCA policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Official World Charts website.
